The Director of School Education, Andhra Pradesh has released the official Formative Assessment-2 (FA-2) schedule for the academic year 2025-26. The FA-2 exams will be conducted in October 2025 for all government and private schools under the AP SCERT syllabus.

The syllabus is based on the August–September academic period and covers all major subjects:

Languages (Telugu, Hindi, English): Selected prose, poetry, grammar, and comprehension units from the prescribed textbooks.
